Project Profile: KPMG Langley Wall Feature

We love when commercial spaces get creative with their interior design. All too often, office walls are simply painted a dull colour and decorated with predictable artwork (yawn!). That’s definitely not the case for the new KMPG offices in Langley!

The new KPMG office space is one of three buildings in the new Gateway Professional Campus on 200th street near Hwy 1. Designed and built by Wesgroup Properties, the new development offers exciting business opportunities for Langley and the surrounding communities.

When you walk into the KPMG Langley office, we’re pretty sure the first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful wall feature in the reception area. It’s made with over 1,400 handmade tiles made with reclaimed barn wood installed in a traditional herringbone pattern with a natural finish.

The reclaimed barn wood tiles are made from wood from old barns in the United States. The tiles are available in a variety of sizes, styles and colours and can be installed on walls, ceilings and cabinetry. Learn more about this eco-friendly wall covering here.

Earlier this year, we supplied and installed the reclaimed barn wood tiles for an episode of the hit TV series Love It or List It Vancouver. Click here for photos.
