For this condo in Abbotsford, the homeowner selected vinyl click plank flooring in oak charcoal by Harbinger™ Flooring.  We installed over 800 square feet after taking the time to properly level the floors. We also used an acoustical underlay to reduce noise transfer, an excellent consideration for strata units or multi-level homes.

The homeowner worked closely with interior designer Térence Doucet from Le Doucet – Design Group to help finish the space. Instead of installing the standard white baseboards, Térence recommended matching the colour of the baseboards to the floors to create the illusion of larger floors. An excellent design tip that looks great!
