Wendel’s Bookstore and Cafe in the historic village of Fort Langley is a local favourite. The food is always delicious and the treats even tastier!

To keep up with its ever changing menu, Wendel’s recently underwent a renovation. The owner specified walnut Finium FriendlyWall solid wood panels for the area behind the bar. The Eco Floor Store supplied over 150 square feet of the eco-friendly wall surface, which is a great compliment to the new reclaimed wood bench and the new solid wood tabletops.

We love the new space. It’s simple, modern and healthy – just like their food. Thanks to owner Diane for supporting another fellow local business!

And we spotted this beauty on Wendel’s Instagram… couldn’t resist sharing! This is their over the top Fresh Berry Trifle made with edible flowers from the Langley Farmers’ Market. Mmm, mmm, mmm!
