Just In Time for Summer!
We’re excited to introduce a new eco-friendly wall surface to The Eco Floor Store family: unique wood tiles made from retired South East Asian fishing boats!
The tiles are made from a variety of reclaimed exotic wood species and are available in a wide range of sizes, colours and patterns. They can be installed indoors or outdoors on walls, ceilings and cabinetry.
Available exclusively at The Eco Floor Store in Surrey, BC.

Project Profile
We recently completed a beautiful renovation at Holy Family Parish in Vancouver. It was a pleasure working with Father Erik Deprey who had a wonderful vision for the church.
First, we removed 3,000 sq. ft. of old carpet tiles. Next, we moved 80 pews (not an easy task when each pew weighs over 500 lbs!). After a little cleaning, we installed a new sub-floor, then patched and feathered all the seams in the plywood to ensure a beautiful install of the new floors.
Once the new sub-floor was ready to go, we installed their new eco-friendly Marmoleum floors. Father Deprey chose Bleeker Street colour #3127 from the Real Collection.
Intricate details were added throughout the church using Golden Sunset colour #2125. All of the details were first hand-scribed and welded down to secure them into the main floor. Check out the before and after photo of the center aisle:
Marmoleum is a great flooring solution for a high-traffic area such as a church. It is durable, easy to clean and contributes to a healthy indoor air quality.
Thank you to Father Deprey and the entire congregation at Holy Family Parish for their patience throughout the renovation!
Say No to Boxes
We love to support local eco-friendly businesses! We met Carrie at It’s Your Move – Say No to Boxes a few years ago – and ever since, we’ve been using her reusable moving crates for all of our trade shows.
Her eco-friendly moving solution isn’t only great for the environment, but it’s also convenient and easy. It’s Your Move also makes sure that all of the crates are sanitized after every use.
Next time you’re on the move, don’t forget to Say No to Boxes!
